    Great pan. The only issue is the handles, it's all cast iron and the handles get hot as well, so if you want to stir the contents you need to have gloves that withstand high temperatures. Of course, I knew this before buying the product and accepted it. A product that would be entirely cast iron except for the handles would be a bit better.
