Our Dutch oven was given to us as a gift. The pot and the lid-pan separately are clearly value for money. They clean easily, cook evenly, nothing really sticks, they heat up in 5 minutes at most on ceramic stoves, and they were seasoned from the start. What else can I say? Okay, they require some care every time you cook, you need to wash them right away, dry them well, and oil them, but for the job they do, it's really nothing; it's a matter of 5 minutes. I highly recommend them. I will definitely buy more Lodge cookware in the future. I won't go back to non-stick pans for any reason. Also, studies show that using cast iron cookware increases the iron content in food, so for people like me who have very low iron, it's an extra bonus. 1000/10!
το dutch oven μας το εκαναν δωρο. η κατσαρόλα και το καπάκι-τηγάνι ξεχωριστά είναι ξεκάθαρα vfm. καθαρίζονται πανεύκολα, μαγειρεύουν ομοιόμορφα, δεν κολλάει πραγματικά τίποτα, ζεσταίνονται σε 5 λεπτά το πολύ σε κεραμικές εστίες, ήταν από την αρχή seasoned. τι άλλο να πω? οκ, θέλουν την περιποίηση τους κάθε φορά που μαγειρεύεις, να τα πλένεις κατευθείαν, να τα στεγνώνεις καλά και να τα περνάς με λάδι, αλλά για τη δουλειά που κάνουν δεν ειναι πραγματικά τίποτα, είναι υπόθεση 5 λεπτών. τα προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. θα αγοράσω κ άλλα σκεύη lodge μελλοντικά σίγουρα. δεν επιστρέφω για κανένα λόγο σε αντικολλητικό τηγάνι. επίσης έρευνες δείχνουν ότι η χρήση μαντεμένιων σκευών, από χυτοσίδηρο δηλαδή, αυξάνει την περιεκτικοτητα σιδήρου στα τρόφιμα, κ έτσι για άτομα σαν εμένα που έχουμε πολύ χαμηλό σίδηρο είναι ακόμη ένα μπόνους. 1000/10 !
This device, despite having three others from the same company, constantly produces black marks when I clean it. After complaining to the company and being told that I probably don't handle it correctly, I took it back there, they did the seasoning again and gave me precise care instructions, but the result is still the same, black marks during cleaning and therefore probably also in the food! Wasted money and a dealership that only has a warranty for advertising purposes!
αυτό το σκεύος παρότι έχω άλλα τρία της ίδιας εταιρείας, βγάζει συνέχεια μαυριλες όταν την καθαρίζω, μετά από παράπονα στην εταιρεία και λέγοντας μου ότι μάλλον δεν το μεταχειρίζομαι σωστά κλπ την πήγα από εκεί της έκαναν εκ νέου seasoning και μου έδωσαν ακριβώς οδηγίες περιποίησης και καλά, αλλά το αποτέλεσμα πάλι το ίδιο, μαυριλες στο καθάρισμα και κατά συνέπεια μάλλον και στα φαγητά!!!! πεταμένα λεφτά και αντιπροσωπεία που την εγγύηση την έχει μόνο για διαφηστικους λόγους!!!
It cooks very well but it rusts easily. In the beginning, and for several uses, it needs to be dried very well with a cloth, and coated with oil to prevent the bottom and lid from rusting. It is heavy like any cast iron cookware
