I've put it through hell. I've had it for 2 years and it's a workhorse. It's the 5th active machine overall and the one that works the most. For its price, it's unique!

Very good, especially considering the cost. Definitely a value for money product! It makes very good cappuccino, with rich crema, as long as you don't let the machine heat up too much beforehand. Everything is very good. If I had to mention something negative, it would be the slightly increased noise it makes, but personally it doesn't bother me. Very good purchase. I highly recommend it.

We have had it in the office space for 1.5 months now. It makes 4 to 5 coffees daily. So far it works just fine.

After 5 years of use (04/01/21 to 02/01/26), the nozzle CONSTANTLY leaks water. It needs a repair that is NOT financially worthwhile.
UNFORTUNATELY... and it was good for the approximately €50 I paid.
In 5 years of use, it paid for itself.

It offers excellent value for money for daily espresso use at home. It produces tasty coffee (I drink Illy classic), while its retro design fits perfectly in modern kitchens.

Main Advantages
-The 1.25L water tank covers many coffees without frequent refills, making daily use easier.
-The 15 bar pump ensures a good result, with noise at acceptable levels and easy cleaning.
-The plastic seems durable in practice, as long as you hold the handle from the body when tightening the portafilter.

Comparison with Nespresso
Cost per coffee is much lower than capsules (e.g. ~€0.21/shot vs €0.47-0.80), saving hundreds of euros annually with high consumption.
Personally, I also keep my Nespresso machine for when I'm in a hurry or want a special flavor.

With the Arielli you also avoid the high maintenance cost of expensive automatic models, making it an ideal VFM choice.

I agree with the positives mentioned by previous reviewers and I will emphasize that for its price it is perfect. The only drawback is the somewhat cheap plastic construction, but the saying 'you get what you pay for' applies

I recommend it for perfect espressos, I use it with Lavazza red and gold and it makes them just right, it heats up instantly.

Excellent espresso - cappuccino maker! It is 100% manual of course (no automations) which is fine by me. It makes very good coffee, even my Italian friends want to buy one! Simple and easy to use. I bought a second one for my holiday home. I hope it will be durable too.

It has slots underneath so you can screw it in so you don't have to hold it all the time, I can't because I live in a rental, otherwise perfect

The machine is a cheap option for those who want to make coffee at home. It doesn't work for all blends so you have to try many until you find the one that fits. Some blends don't work for the machine, it clogs, doesn't extract well and the coffee comes out bad. It is very easy to use, cleans easily, heats up quickly. The noise it makes is not loud and doesn't bother me. It is quite "plasticky" so you are a bit afraid it might break. I haven't tried to make frothed milk.

For its price (€65) it is 5/5; with a good freshly ground coffee with the right grind it makes very nice espressos (I haven't managed to make a good freddo yet unfortunately).. tested with ground Lavazza Rosa coffee, the result is also very satisfactory. It heats up incredibly fast, the group does indeed have some difficulty locking in but you get used to it easily! The steam wand for frothing milk is also good for its price, if you learn how to use it. I hope it lasts!!!

Having a SAGE espresso machine, it was like going from a Ferrari to a Hyundai Getz. I bought it as a temporary solution, because my good one needed servicing & personally I can't go without espresso for even 24 hours. What bothered me personally was that it's all plastic, to the point where I'm afraid to press a bit harder when locking the portafilter, in case it breaks (the truth is it locks, but you need to be careful!). With the right settings and a proper grind, I'll say it makes a decent coffee. For its price, don't expect miracles! If coffee is not a ritual for you, yes, it does the job. The same goes for the steam wand for frothing milk.

I've had it since 20/12/23, the machine is unbeatable, I haven't stopped making coffees, for me it's the best, if it breaks I'll buy the same one again, only cleaning with vinegar and nothing else, the machine is in a different league

I have had this machine for about 4 years now, bought at 65 euros. It is truly a value for money purchase, the coffee it makes is excellent for its price and it has not shown any problems.

If I wanted a coffee maker for French coffee it would be ideal but it does NOT make espresso!
I have gone to a coffee shop and asked for freshly ground coffee for a machine (not a moka pot).
I have bought very expensive Illy. EPIC FAIL.
I have contacted the Bulgarian manufacturer almost a week ago. Until today, no response.
It's a pity because it looks beautiful. I will start the refund process.

I have tried three different coffee grinds. With all three, the coffee turns out bad. No crema, no taste. Maybe I'll manage something better on the fourth try, although I doubt it... tears.

I have had it for 3 years and it makes 5 - 7 coffees daily, so it has made about 7000 - 7500 coffees. It is perfect! It hasn't had any issues. Of course, if it ever breaks down, I will definitely buy the same one again!!!

The latch does not fasten well, it generally requires force but not so much that you have to hold the whole machine in place and be afraid it will break!

Additionally, after extraction (which does not stop automatically—the stop is done manually) the latch holds water inside.

It doesn't fasten very well and requires a lot of force.... It makes me anxious that the machine might break. I don't know if I just got a defective one or if that's how it is...

It is the best thing I have ever bought, all the years I had it it never caused me any problems, it is truly worth it with your eyes closed to enter the world of coffee if you don't have a lot of money to spend!

It makes excellent coffee and crema. The construction could be sturdier and perhaps the water filling lid easier, but it is worth its money.

For the price it doesnt get better than this, dont expect anything near a coffee shop coffee but for at home use its incredible. The steamer is a bit weird but if you follow strictly the instructions on the manual it does its job

I am crazy about this coffee machine! Amazing espresso coffee, it's worth its money! The only thing I was sad about was that I didn't get the red one, which is gorgeous!

Beautiful vintage style espresso machine. Unmatched crema, quite satisfactory froth, and hot chocolate. I have no complaints. With immediate cleaning of the steam wand to prevent the milk from drying on it and clogging internally, and cleaning the tank with white vinegar once every six months, it has been working fantastically for the 4-5 years I've had it! Heats up very quickly and I would comfortably buy it again.

After a year of use, I can say that it is worth the money and then some. A good descaling with white vinegar every 2 months and using a filter that goes on the spout keeps your machine clean all the time... it has made over 1000 coffees so far and continues.... VFM with closed eyes. The plastic construction is a bit concerning, but with a little care in its use, you have no issues!

It is very "plastic," no matter how beautiful it is, and for the past few days that we have had it, we haven't been able to make coffee that is drinkable.. And we bought three different good quality coffees (I was just hoping it was the coffee's fault, but..)

Very easy to use, quality construction, makes good coffee, after two years of use it works like the first day. I have no complaints. Only the nozzle for the frothing milk is not very strong, and it loses its temperature quickly. So if you want frothed milk, you will need to either make a small amount or make two servings, for example, for a cappuccino. Personally, I am not interested in frothed milk, so it didn't bother me.

Very good for the money, it makes good froth as long as you know how to do it. I suggest making the froth in the pot since the nozzle for the milk frother is very small and doesn't produce good results like in the pot

I have had it for a year and I use it only for espresso, not cappuccino, and I am very satisfied. It is made of plastic, but it is just fine
