Public works, which are infrastructure projects carried out by public sector entities and are in any way connected to the land and aim to meet the basic needs of society, such as education, transportation, health, etc., have a significant contribution to the economic development of the country. These projects involve huge amounts of expenditure and employ a large number of people.
