    As quantities are okay, but it is enough with Maltodextrin. Everywhere though.. it should be tasty but when they say without sugar and they put Maltodextrin, they make it worse. Glucose at the extremes. To put it simply, table sugar has a GI of 65 while maltodextrin has a GI of 90-105.
