We met with those who love their homeland, who are deeply connected to it. We traveled together through the states of Pontus, exploring the flavors, dietary customs, and way of life of its inhabitants.
We experienced the seasons one by one, starting with spring. We felt the aromas, saw the fruits grow, tasted and experienced the delicious intensity of their dishes, and in many cases, the ascetic perspective of their cooking.
We empathized with the sweet fruit of the heroic muse, the dances and songs of the Pontic people, and we recorded their customs, traditions, and culture.
