According to mythology, the nymph Menthe was transformed by Persephone into a plant to protect her from being seduced by Hades.
Traditionally used as:

Dosage: 15 gr
Used as an infusion: Boil 1 cup of water and add about 1 teaspoon, then let it steep covered for 30 minutes. Strain the solution and drink. It is preferably consumed on an empty stomach in the morning or 3 hours after a meal.
