I wasn't crazy about the taste, the aroma of the spices is very strong. Now, whether it helps with health, I can't say for sure

I have been cutting down on coffee for two years now and I wanted something to replace it. I tried various options and found this one. The best choice. If coffee bothers you, try this. Overall, Yogi teas are the best I have ever tasted.
