It is also a very well-known gynecological herb.
Chamomile and Linden in equal amounts make an excellent infusion for colds. It is believed that washing the skin with this infusion is against wrinkles.

Instructions for use

  • Place one tea bag in a cup.
  • Add boiling water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes or boil it for 1 minute, depending on how strong you prefer it.
  • Remove the tea bag and add as much sugar as you like, and enjoy a wonderful beverage.
