It does an excellent job, if you close one nostril a little while cleaning the other, it does an even better job. It has spare cups that you can simply wash and change depending on usage. The only bad thing, which is very bad, is that it doesn't have a cover to protect it. I have to wash it every time before using it, even if it's clean, because the silicone on the mouthpiece catches dust like any silicone. It should have a cover. When we went on vacation, I took it with me in a plastic bag... Other than that, it's just perfect.

It has a very weak suction, so for a mild case of congestion with clear, transparent discharge, it's okay. It can't do anything for a severe blockage.

The child, because he is bothered by the nozzle on his nose, despite the music, I simply play "airplane" with him to distract him and then I place it on his nose.
Nevertheless, it does a good job and relieves the baby.
The child is relieved to the point that he falls asleep immediately after!

Today I received and used it for the first time. My 20-month-old daughter was able to use it on her own and put it in her nose. It is comfortable to hold and handle, and she also liked the music. It removes the nasal secretions, you can see that it comes out in the machine, but I don't know if the result is perfect like when a parent sucks it out. I tried it after using the Akiko to suck it out with the regular aspirator, and it removed a little. So maybe it's not as powerful. However, we like it because it definitely does the job and saves us a bit from the process of doing it ourselves. Maybe we need to get used to using it.

I bought it for my second child wanting to avoid what my first went through.
For better absorption, I close one nostril for better application and depending on the difficulty of the situation, it also has a speed selector!
The child, yes, "forgets" with the music, but seems bothered by the presence of the "silicone nozzle".
The box also contains "15 disposable cups for secretions" (the instructions say to change them with each use of the device) which personally, after removing any dirt, I rinse with pure alcohol and it's like new... What I don't know and the question that arises is when the cups run out, where will I find the corresponding replacements...
