Instructions: Add the Matcha powder to your favorite cup. Slowly, add a little of the hot water, stirring until it becomes a sticky mass. Now add more hot water until the cup is filled to the desired level, stirring until the end. Whisk until frothy and ensure it is well mixed.
Other ways to use Matcha: Try Matcha by mixing it with water in your blender to create a drink/smoothie. You can also experiment by adding almond milk or other beverages of your choice, such as coconut milk.
For cooking: Add to cake, muffin, bread, and ice cream recipes for wonderful aroma and flavor.

It really is the "good stuff" when it comes to matcha tea. Its strong point is the "lively" aroma it has, unlike regular matcha which doesn't have it. If I could describe it, I would say it smells like a mix of freshly cut plant stem and evaporated milk. In terms of taste, it's good, but not dramatically better than regular matcha.
And now we come to its main issue, which is the quantity. For the 20+ euros I paid, the amount I got is literally a sample size. I don't know if it would last you a month if you're someone who drinks matcha daily.
If you just want to try matcha, it's better to get the regular one, which is much cheaper, and if you like it and want to move to ceremonial grade, the only thing I can say is to make every grain in this little tin count

Και τώρα έρχονται στο βασικό του θέμα που είναι η ποσότητα. Για 20+ ευρώ που έδωσα, η ποσότητα που πήρα, κυριολεκτικα είναι ποσότητα δείγματος. Δεν ξέρω αν βγάζεις μήνα με αυτό αν είσαι άτομο που πίνει καθημερινά matcha.
Αν απλά θέλετε να δοκιμάσετε matcha, καλύτερα πάρτε το απλό που ειναι και κατά πολύ πιο φθηνό, και αν σας άρεσε και θέλετε να πάτε σε ceremonial grade, το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι να κάνετε τον κάθε κόκκο που έχει αυτό το κουτάκι να μετρησει

First experience with ceremonial grade matcha. Excellent in taste and smell. It has a mild taste (not bitter at all) and smells like freshly cut grass. One teaspoon provides satisfactory energy for the morning. What surprised me is that it gives me clarity of thought, and I noticed a significant difference in this, similar to previous intake of B-complex vitamins. To sweeten it, it definitely needs a tablespoon of something like maple syrup.

Και τώρα έρχονται στο βασικό του θέμα που είναι η ποσότητα. Για 20+ ευρώ που έδωσα, η ποσότητα που πήρα, κυριολεκτικα είναι ποσότητα δείγματος. Δεν ξέρω αν βγάζεις μήνα με αυτό αν είσαι άτομο που πίνει καθημερινά matcha.
Αν απλά θέλετε να δοκιμάσετε matcha, καλύτερα πάρτε το απλό που ειναι και κατά πολύ πιο φθηνό, και αν σας άρεσε και θέλετε να πάτε σε ceremonial grade, το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι να κάνετε τον κάθε κόκκο που έχει αυτό το κουτάκι να μετρησει

Πραγματικά, αν πιεις πρώτα αυτό και μετά δοκιμάσεις κάποια από τα πιο φθηνά, θα σου φαίνονται σα να πίνεις χορτάρι. Όντως έχει διαφορά σε γεύση, άρωμα και σε χρώμα.
Υπόψιν, για τη γεύση, ότι το πίνω με το πιο απλό τρόπο, σα να φτιάχνω φραπέ - βάζω μισή κουταλιά του γλυκού μάτσα σε νερό, το χτυπάω και δεν το ανακατεύω με τίποτα άλλο.

First experience with ceremonial grade matcha. Excellent in taste and smell. It has a mild taste (not bitter at all) and smells like freshly cut grass. One teaspoon provides satisfactory energy for the morning. What surprised me is that it gives me clarity of thought, and I noticed a significant difference in this, similar to previous intake of B-complex vitamins. To sweeten it, it definitely needs a tablespoon of something like maple syrup.

This is the first time I'm trying it and I don't know if it was just this particular batch, but it doesn't have the intense color it was supposed to have. And you get the characteristic "grass" flavor. Nevertheless, it drinks easily, it doesn't have bitterness. It really is the "good stuff" when it comes to matcha tea. Its strong point is the "lively" aroma it has, unlike regular matcha which doesn't have it. If I could describe it, I would say it smells like a mix of freshly cut plant stem and evaporated milk. In terms of taste, it's good, but not dramatically better than regular matcha.
And now we come to its main issue, which is the quantity. For the 20+ euros I paid, the amount I got is literally a sample size. I don't know if it would last you a month if you're someone who drinks matcha daily.
If you just want to try matcha, it's better to get the regular one, which is much cheaper, and if you like it and want to move to ceremonial grade, the only thing I can say is to make every grain in this little tin count
