The primary goals set from the beginning for each project are to be completed in the optimal time, with the lowest possible cost, and to ensure its quality up to a predetermined level.

Productivity is directly related to production costs and the duration of project execution, and indirectly with the quality level of production.

The book seeks to cover certain fundamental topics of management, organization, and project planning and can serve as an educational aid as well as a tool for solving practical problems related to project management and administration.
