    This product is the best I have tried in lip balm. It soothes and softens cracked lips. Ideally, I use it as a lip "mask" by applying a generous amount before bed. The next morning, my lips are so smooth, as if they had never cracked! Otherwise, I use it throughout the day when I want to protect and moisturize my lips, especially in winter. It doesn't absorb easily, but that's why it's lip balm, right? To provide continuous hydration and protect the lips. I used to use petroleum jelly before, but I noticed that it caused a kind of dryness on my upper lip, so I stopped using it. However, this product has not caused any discomfort so far. It is completely odorless and I have also used it on my hands between the fingers, which tend to dry out in winter. Simply perfect, I highly recommend it as it has saved my lips.

    I bought it because due to wearing a mask, I only wear liquid lipstick and it extremely dehydrates my lips. With regular use (I apply it every night before going to bed), it does the job. The packaging is not convenient at all, it should have a special nozzle so that you can have it in your bag and apply it whenever you want. As it is, you have to wash your hands every time you want to apply it.
    I haven't tried it before applying lipstick because it is quite greasy and I never remember it 10 minutes earlier, so that it can be absorbed before applying lipstick... However, it might provide some prevention this way.
    Although I haven't tried anything better for chapped lips, I won't buy it again because it simply isn't convenient.
