Initially, I had an old monitor on my computer, and an old graphics card. However, when I bought a new graphics card, it couldn't connect to the old monitor. So with this converter here, I managed to connect the new graphics card to the old monitor. I had no loss in image quality. It served me perfectly.

Συνδεσα δευτερη οθονη στην ιδια καρτα γραφικων και λειτουργει αψογα, το μονο προβλημα που αντιμετωπισα ηταν οτι για να αναγνωρισουν τα bios την οθονη επρεπε να ειναι αναμμενη πριν την εκκινηση του υπολογιστη αλλιως ηθελε τερματισμο ο υπολογιστης και επανεκκινηση
First day I use it, it works fine from the recommended to the maximum resolution I tried. I only tested it for casual use as I am not a gamer or anything like that. The only thing that happened was the following: I tried it directly on a new PC. I installed Windows 10 without any problem, but as soon as it did the updates, it showed 3 seconds of snow, 3 seconds of a correct screen, etc. I tried restarting, reconnecting cables, some settings (one by one) on the integrated graphics card in the BIOS but unsuccessfully. The problem was solved when I activated the DVI audio port in the BIOS... If any other issue arises, I will come back.
edit: After a few days of use, various small issues started to occur: occasionally, the signal is lost and very rarely the above problem happens. I'm not entirely sure if the adapter is responsible, of course, as I cannot properly conduct the necessary tests.
Πρώτη μέρα που το λειτουργώ, δουλεύει οκ από τη συνιστώμενη μέχρι τη μέγιστη ανάλυση που δοκίμασα. Το δοκίμασα μόνο σε χαλαρή χρήση καθώς δεν είμαι gamer ή κάτι τέτοιο. Το μόνο που συνέβη ήταν το εξής: το δοκίμασα απευθείας σε νέο pc. Του πέρασα χωρίς πρόβλημα τα Windows 10, αλλά με το που έκανε τα update, έδειχνε 3 δεύτερα χιόνια, 3 δεύτερα σωστή οθόνη κ.ο.κ. Δοκίμασα restart, επανασύνδεση καλωδίων, κάποιες ρυθμισούλες (μία-μία) στην (ενσωματωμένη) κάρτα γραφικών στο BIOS αλλά ανεπιτυχώς. Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε όταν ενεργοποίησα στο BIOS την audio port του DVI... Αν προκύψει κάποιο άλλο θέμα, θα επανέλθω.
edit: Μετά από μερικές μέρες χρήσης ξανάρχισαν διάφορα θεματάκια: πού και πού χάνει το σήμα και πολύ πολύ αραιά συμβαίνει το παραπάνω πρόβλημα. Δεν είμαι απολύτως βέβαιος ότι ευθύνεται ο αντάπτορας, βεβαίως, καθώς δεν μπορώ να κάνω επαρκώς τις απαραίτητες δοκιμές.
