Description

What seems bad might actually be for good. The book: The little dragon Batlo arrives in a poor town. The people are terrified! Everyone runs to hide in their homes like they are being hunted. But why are they so afraid? The friendly, colorful Batlo only wants...

The series: To ensure children have a healthy social life built on effective relationships, they must cultivate empathy, the ability to put themselves in others' shoes, to understand and feel things the same way another person experiences them. This need is addressed by the illustrated books in this series, which promote emotional intelligence. With the proposed approach for parents and educators, they aim to guide children to see the world through others' eyes, after first learning to recognize and manage their own emotions.

The author: Yolanda Tsoroni-Georgiadi holds degrees from the Law School, the Pedagogical Academy, and the Pedagogical Department of the University of Athens, and has pursued further education at the Maraslios Teaching School. She worked for many years in public education, writes articles for educational journals, voluntarily participates in organizations promoting literature, is an active member of the Women's Literary Society, and has published many books for children and studies on folklore. She has been included in the Trainers Registry of the program "Innovative Actions to Enhance Students' Love of Reading" and has undertaken training work in workshops for primary education teachers.
