I would not recommend it. I bought it as organic, for small children, but because I have tried other organic conifer honey, I do not consider it to be satisfying in terms of taste (it had a taste and light color like thyme honey and not fir honey). Also, after eight months of being open, the honey did not crystallize at all until the end. I also believe that the producer and the production area should be mentioned on the label (and not just the distributor). In a phone conversation I had with the distribution company, they did not know the production area of the honey. Furthermore, the nutritional information (energy, sugars, proteins, vitamins) is not stated. In conclusion, although it was an economical choice, I would not buy the product again, especially for small children, because it did not convince me of its quality and authenticity.
