    What is interesting here is mainly the form: ubiquinol is the reduced form of CoQ10 and is used by the body in cellular energy production and as an antioxidant. However, I would not expect a CoQ10 supplement to necessarily provide any immediate, noticeable "boost".

    And the reviews confirm this quite well: most users are positive, but there are also quite a few reports that it takes time to assess whether there is any real benefit. One user, in fact, after having almost finished the first of two boxes, said that he had not yet seen a significant difference.
