The NiteCore GEM10UV flashlight is designed for inspecting gemstones using 365 nm ultraviolet light. UV illumination helps identify organic and inorganic stones, check the fluorescence of diamonds, and verify their authenticity. Amber fluoresces, diamonds emit a blue glow, and natural jade appears transparent when it has not been treated with injected resin.

The built-in scale helps measure rough gemstones, while the specially designed tip reduces the risk of damaging them during inspection. The rotary switch allows continuous brightness adjustment and is easy to use even with gloves. The constant-current electronic circuit provides flicker-free illumination, while the aluminum alloy construction and mineral crystal with anti-reflective coating complete its design.
