Organic Pine Honey

Collected in the rich pine forests of Northern Evia from September to November. This autumn harvest depends on the honeydew excretions of the insect marchalina hellinica, known as the pine worker. It produces a particularly nutritious honey rich in minerals and trace elements, along with many other important substances.
