Quality-wise, it doesn't show any difference from the original. Its texture is the same and it is not at all harder. There is a slight difference in the holes, for the better compared to the original. In the 3-hole version, it was loose and sometimes showed incorrect measurements, while in the 4-hole version, it was very tight. I hope it will last without breaking for at least 6-7 months, just like the original (without much training or putting it in water). I highly recommend it.
