    It is not suitable for insomnia, it does not induce sleep, but it is excellent for stressful situations. The packaging suggests taking 2 tablets daily, but even 1 has an effect! Of course, it is even better with 2. I believe it offers more than one would expect, it is very good for those under pressure. Passiflora is known as the nature's lexotanil. Recommended.
