Revolutions are always an inspiration and the work of one or a few. They are "an Idea that found a sword!". And whether they express the popular will or the tolerance of the people, who welcome them with a sense of relief and anticipation.
From a historical, sociological, and political perspective, the Army constitutes the most dynamic part of the People. The most sensitive receiver of the popular will and the most organized expression of it. That is why all Revolutions originate from it or rely on it.
