I will take the time to say some things about the related product, as until now no one has done so, and the details are very minimal.
First, let me talk about what interests people. What does this specific product do?
Like all HDMI audio extractors (some of you may know the basic features), you can have the HDMI image connected to a TV or screen and at the same time have audio from an external audio playback device such as an amplifier, PC speakers, soundbar, etc., with an optical audio input.
This product gets 5/5 stars from me for two very basic reasons. Firstly, it comes in a very small size with an integrated HDMI 2.0 in one port (I searched a lot to find out that it is indeed this version of HDMI it has because it is not mentioned anywhere; I had to dig into other websites), so it saves you the trouble of buying additional HDMI cables since it already has one (of course, you need another 2.0 cable to connect to the other end with the screen/TV).
Secondly, it comes in 60Hz for 4K at €50. It is a very good price for 4K resolution at these hertz with an integrated HDMI 2.0, because in Greece it is difficult to find something similar in this size at this price for immediate purchase (if you have the patience to wait for something similar from abroad today... good luck).
Finally, not to bore you, the main reason I bought it is because I am sure that many people will need it for the same purpose. The PlayStation 4 (and Pro) had an optical audio port at the back of the device, but unfortunately, the PlayStation 5 did not have one. So, we couldn't have both image and (quality) sound through an HDMI cable to a TV or screen via speakers, etc. Here comes the HDMI Audio extractor. I have an Aorus 4K screen, I have it connected to my computer with my speakers, but I didn't have sound on the same screen if I had to connect it to the PS5 via optical. With this specific HDMI Audio extractor, I have 4K image at 60Hz (60fps) and sound from my speakers connected via optical audio.
For me, it is the only way to spend this extra money and have much better sound from the speakers on any console connected via HDMI.

Θα κάτσω να πω κάποια πράγματα για το σχετικό προϊόν, διότι μέχρι στιγμής κανένας δε το έκανε, όπως και οι λεπτομέρειες είναι πολύ ελάχιστες.
Αρχικά να μιλήσω γι'αυτό που ενδιαφέρει τον κόσμο. Τι κάνει το συγκεκριμένο;
Όπως όλα τα HDMI audio extractors (κάποιοι θα γνωρίζετε τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά), μπορείτε να έχετε την εικόνα του HDMI συνδεδεμένη σε μια τηλεόραση η οθόνη και ταυτόχρονα επίσης ήχο από κάποια εξωτερική συσκευή αναπαραγωγής ήχου όπως ενισχυτή, pc speakers, soundbar κ.α με υποδοχή optical audio.
Το συγκεκριμένο παίρνει 5/5 αστέρια από μένα για δύο πολύ βασικούς λόγους. 1ον, Έρχεται σε ένα πολύ μικρό μέγεθος με ενσωματωμένο HDMI 2.0 στην μια υποδοχή (το έψαξα πάρα πολύ για να βρω ότι όντως είναι αυτή η έκδοση Hdmi που έχει, γιατί δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά, έπρεπε να σκάψω σε άλλα site), οπότε σας λύνει τα χέρια στο να αγοράσετε επιπλέον hdmi από την στιγμή που έχει ήδη πάνω (χρειάζεται να έχετε βέβαια άλλο ένα 2.0 για σύνδεση στην άλλη άκρη με οθόνη/τηλεόραση).
2ον, έρχεται σε 60hz στα 4K στα 50€. Είναι μια πολύ οκ τιμή για 4Κ ανάλυση σε αυτά τα hz με ενσωματωμένο hdmi 2.0, διότι στην Ελλάδα δύσκολα θα βρούμε κάτι αντίστοιχο σε αυτό το μέγεθος σε αυτά τα χρήματα για άμεση αγορά (αν έχετε υπομονή να περιμένετε κάτι ίδιο από εξωτερικό στο σήμερα.. good luck).
Τέλος, να μη κουράζω, ο βασικός λόγος που το πήρα, γιατί είμαι σίγουρος πως αρκετά άτομα θα το χρειαστείτε για τον ίδιο σκοπό. Το PlayStation 4 (και Pro) είχαν optical audio port πίσω στη συσκευή, αλλά το PlayStation 5 δυστυχώς δεν είχε. Οπότε δεν μπορούσαμε να έχουμε εικόνα και (ποιοτικό) ήχο μέσα από ένα hdmi καλώδιο σε τηλεόραση ή οθόνη μέσω speakers κλπ.. εδώ έρχεται το Hdmi Audio extractor. Έχω μια οθόνη Aorus 4Κ, την έχω στον υπολογιστή με τα ηχεία μου, αλλά δεν είχα ήχο στην ίδια οθόνη αν έπρεπε να τη συνδέσω και στο PS5 μέσω optical. Με το συγκεκριμένο Hdmi Audio extractor έχω εικόνα 4Κ στα 60Hz (60fps) και ήχο από τα ηχεία μου σε σύνδεση με optical audio.
Για μένα είναι μονόδρομος να δώσω τα έξτρα αυτά λεφτά και να έχω πολύ καλύτερο ήχο από τα ηχεία σε οποιαδήποτε κονσόλα σε σύνδεση με Hdmi.

17/3/26 update: All good, until it stopped working. The first one was replaced and within a few months the new one also stopped working. It's a pity, because you can't call it cheap and, for as long as it works, it does its job.
I use it to pass audio from a laptop to a five-channel amplifier that doesn't have HDMI inputs but only optical inputs, since it was bought in 2004.
SOUND
The converter outputs a five-channel digital signal through its optical output when the computer's HDMI is connected to the input and it plays five-channel content. The amplifier has an indicator that lights up when it receives a five-channel digital signal, so there is no doubt that it does what it promises.
PICTURE
The converter outputs 4K at 60Hz.
CONCLUSION
In short, if you have an amplifier without HDMI inputs but with optical inputs, and a playback device that does not have an optical output, this little box is the solution.
P.S.: I could pass the HDMI to the TV, take the optical output from the TV, and send it to the amplifier.
But the TV only outputs two-channel audio, like most do. So, in this way, you do have an optical digital signal, but it's two-channel and not five-channel.

ΥΓ: θα μπορούσα να περάσω το HDMI στην τηλεόραση, να πάρω οπτική έξοδο από την τηλεόραση και, να την περάσω στον ενισχυτή.

Very good and branded product with very good image and sound quality. I bought it to connect my PS5 to a sound amplifier with optical fiber for digital sound. The other good thing it has is that one HDMI output has a cable with an HDMI connector to connect directly to the source you want, without needing two HDMI cables. So you save the purchase of one of the two cables. The construction deprived it of one star and for this reason I gave it 4. It is made of average quality plastic and not very sturdy, I did not expect this from delock and it is overpriced at the 50€ I bought it, it is definitely not worth the money!

These should have been mentioned in the title, I had to open dozens of similar products, which mostly have a maximum of 1080p. I use it with a latest generation console and it has 5.1 sound and 4K@60Hz just as it says.

It is made of average quality plastic and not very sturdy, I did not expect this from delock and it is overpriced at the 50€ I bought it, it is definitely not worth the money!
Πολύ καλό και επώνυμο προϊόν με πολύ καλή ποιότητα εικόνας και ήχου.Το αγόρασα για να συνδέσω PS5 με ενισχυτή ήχου με οπτική ίνα για ψηφιακό ήχο.Το άλλο καλό που έχει είναι ότι η μία έξοδος hdmi διαθέτει καλώδιο με βύσμα hdmi για να συνδέσεις κατευθείνα στην πηγή που θέλεις,χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι δύο καλώδια hdmi.Οπότε γλυτώνεις μία αγορά ενός απο τα δύο καλώδια.Η κατασκευή του στέρησε το ένα αστέρι και για αυτόν τον λόγο έβαλα 4.Είναι πλαστικό μέτριας ποιότητας και όχι πολύ στιβαρό,δεν το περίμενα αυτό απο την delock και υπερτιμημένο στα 50€ που το αγόρασα,δεν αξίζει σίγουρα σε αυτά στα χρήματα!
I couldn't give less than 5 stars, it does exactly what it promises, it just doesn't mention basic features here in the description, such as supporting a maximum image quality of 4K@60Hz and 5.1 digital or stereo sound. These should have been mentioned in the title, I had to open dozens of similar products, which mostly have a maximum of 1080p. I use it with a latest generation console and it has 5.1 sound and 4K@60Hz just as it says.

Αυτά έπρεπε να αναφέρονται στον τίτλο, έπρεπε να ανοίξω δεκάδες παρόμοια προιόντα , που στην πλειοψηφία τους είναι 1080p μεγιστη.
Το χρησιμοποιώ με κονσόλα τελευταίας γενιάς και έχει 5,1 ήχο και 4Κ@60Hz όπως ακριβώς λεει.
