The machine is very good for exactly what it is supposed to be. The negative comments about poor mixing of ingredients are misleading and the buyers are to blame for their insufficient research. And the reason is simple: this machine is so big BECAUSE IT IS MADE FOR DOUGHS. So I bought it so I can make bread, tsoureki, etc. With such a large bowl, it is logical that if you put ingredients for a small cake it won't do very well, just like if you try to crack 15 walnuts in a 300€ one-liter smoothie maker, it also won't do well. Kenwood has other kitchen machines with a smaller bowl for simpler tasks. So be careful what you buy.

I can't understand why it has a 4.9 rating. I bought it a few years ago, but I use it very little because I was disappointed and it is tiring to use. Every time I want to make cake or minced meat or something else, it doesn't mix the ingredients well. It makes a hole in the ingredients and the rest stick to the sides, so I have to stop it every now and then to scrape the ingredients from the sides with a spatula. Κάθε φορά που θέλω να φτιάξω κέικ ή κιμά ή κάτι άλλο, δεν ανακατεύει καλά τα υλικά. Κάνει μια τρύπα στα υλικά και τα υπόλοιπα είναι στα τοιχώματα με αποτέλεσμα κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι πρέπει να την σταματάω ώστε να μαζέψω τα υλικά απο τα τοιχώματα με σπάτουλα. The cable of this kitchen machine is very short! It does not have a button to release the attachments and especially the wire, you have to hold it dirty to twist it and remove it.
The hook for the dough has a wide protective cover on top that, however, further hinders pouring flour into the bowl and if some flour accidentally falls there, it scatters everywhere... Because the bowl does not rotate but the attachments do, in order to clean the bowl with the spatula, you have to stop the mixer's operation and obviously to add ingredients as well... The gap between the mixer head and the opening of the bowl is too small to comfortably pour the ingredients that will fall onto the rotating attachment. I find it very tiring and annoying to have to stop the mixer every time to add ingredients. Especially for recipes that require continuous beating of the ingredients and adding them on the go. The protective lid with an opening on the right obviously makes it difficult for us left-handed people...

Ο γάντζος για τη ζύμη έχει ένα φαρδύ προστατευτικό από επάνω που όμως εμποδίζει ακόμα περισσότερο να ρίξεις το αλεύρι στον κάδο και αν σου ξεφύγει και πέσει εκεί αλεύρι, το σκορπίζει παντού... Επειδή δεν γυρίζει ο κάδος αλλά τα εξαρτήματα, για να καθαρίσεις τον κάδο με τη σπάτουλα πρέπει να σταματάς τη λειτουργία του μίξερ και προφανώς για να προσθέτεις υλικά , επίσης... Το κενό μεταξύ της κεφαλής του μίξερ και του ανοίγματος του κάδου είναι πολύ μικρό για να ρίχνεις άνετα τα υλικά τα οποία θα πέσουν επάνω στο εξάρτημα που γυρίζει. Το βρίσκω πολύ κουραστικό και ενοχλητικό να πρέπει να σταματάω το μίξερ κάθε φορά για να προσθέσω υλικά. Ειδικά για συνταγές που απαιτούν συνεχές χτύπημα των υλικών και προσθήκη εν ροή. Το προστατευτικό καπάκι που έχει άνοιγμα στα δεξιά προφανώς δυσκολεύει εμάς τους αριστερόχειρες...

I am completely satisfied. I have had it since Christmas '20. I have made dough, sweet bread, and it is amazing. 5-year warranty. I wash all the accessories (3 plus blender) by hand because I read somewhere that they break in the dishwasher. The bowl is large, it has 6 speeds, and from the 2nd month, it already makes a strong beat from the 1st speed. It also has an attachment like a lid on top of the mixer to pour the ingredients, but because the whisk rotates inside, I don't use it to avoid it falling on top. It's better to invest here than in something else and have it break over time.
Ειμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημενη. Την εχω απο τα χριστουγεννα του '20. Εχω κανει ζυμη ψωμι γλυκα και ειναι σκυλι. 5 χρονια εγγυση. Τα εξαρτηματα ( 3 συν μπλεντερ) τα πλενω ολα στο χερι γιατί διάβασα καπου οτι χαλανε στο πλυντήριο. Ο καδος είναι μεγαλος, εχει 6 ταχυτητες και ηδη απο την 2η μην πω τη 1η κανει δυνατο χτυπημα. Εχει επισης ενα εξαρτημα σαν καπάκι απο πανω απο το μιξερ για να ρίχνεις τα υλικα αλλα επειδη γυριζει μεσα το αναδευτηρι δεν το βάζω για να μην πεσει πάνω του. Καλυτερα να επενδυσετε εδω παρά σε κατι αλλο και στο χρονο να χαλασει.

Το προστατευτικό καπάκι που έχει άνοιγμα στα δεξιά προφανώς δυσκολεύει εμάς τους αριστερόχειρες...

I bought it from a big chain on 20/12/18. About a month ago, it started leaking oil from the back. Kenwood's service replied to me after 3 weeks, saying that it is the gearbox, which is not covered by the five-year warranty. Cost? 178€. Την αγόρασα από μεγάλη αλυσίδα 20/12/18. Πριν κάνα μήνα άρχισε να βγάζει λάδια από πίσω. Το Service της kenwood μετά από 3 εβδομάδες μου απάντησε ότι είναι το σασμαν, το οποίο δεν είναι μέσα στην πενταετη εγγύηση. Κόστος; 178€. Πραγματικά για μια τέτοια εταιρεία δεν περίμενα να χαλάσει στα 2,5 χρόνια. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ

I am completely satisfied. I have had it since Christmas '20. I have made dough, sweet bread, and it is amazing. 5-year warranty. I wash all the accessories (3 plus blender) by hand because I read somewhere that they break in the dishwasher. The bowl is large, it has 6 speeds, and from the 2nd month, it already makes a strong beat from the 1st speed. It also has an attachment like a lid on top of the mixer to pour the ingredients, but because the whisk rotates inside, I don't use it to avoid it falling on top. It's better to invest here than in something else and have it break over time.
Ειμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημενη. Την εχω απο τα χριστουγεννα του '20. Εχω κανει ζυμη ψωμι γλυκα και ειναι σκυλι. 5 χρονια εγγυση. Τα εξαρτηματα ( 3 συν μπλεντερ) τα πλενω ολα στο χερι γιατί διάβασα καπου οτι χαλανε στο πλυντήριο. Ο καδος είναι μεγαλος, εχει 6 ταχυτητες και ηδη απο την 2η μην πω τη 1η κανει δυνατο χτυπημα. Εχει επισης ενα εξαρτημα σαν καπάκι απο πανω απο το μιξερ για να ρίχνεις τα υλικα αλλα επειδη γυριζει μεσα το αναδευτηρι δεν το βάζω για να μην πεσει πάνω του. Καλυτερα να επενδυσετε εδω παρά σε κατι αλλο και στο χρονο να χαλασει.

I highly recommend it without hesitation!! Before purchasing it, I did months of research and in the end, I was justified with my choice!!! It's worth its money!!! The machine is very good for exactly what it is supposed to be. The negative comments about poor mixing of ingredients are misleading and the buyers are to blame for their insufficient research. And the reason is simple: this machine is so big BECAUSE IT IS MADE FOR DOUGHS. So I bought it so I can make bread, tsoureki, etc. With such a large bowl, it is logical that if you put ingredients for a small cake it won't do very well, just like if you try to crack 15 walnuts in a 300€ one-liter smoothie maker, it also won't do well. Kenwood has other kitchen machines with a smaller bowl for simpler tasks. So be careful what you buy.
Η μηχανή είναι πολύ καλή για αυτό ακριβώς που πρέπει να είναι. Τα αρνητικά σχόλια περί μη καλής ανάμειξης των υλικών είναι αποπροσανατολιστικά και ευθύνονται οι αγοραστές για την ανεπαρκή έρευνα τους. Και ο λόγος είναι απλός: αυτή η μηχανή είναι τόσο μεγάλη ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΦΤΙΑΧΝΕΙ ΖΥΜΕΣ. Οπότε εγώ την πήρα για να μπορώ να φτιάξω ψωμί , τσουρέκι κλπ. Με τόσο μεγάλο κάδο λοιπόν είναι λογικό αν βάλεις υλικά για ένα μικρό κέικ να μην τα καταφέρνει πολύ καλά όπως επίσης αν πας να σπάσεις 15 καρύδια σε 300€ smoothie maker ενός λίτρου, επίσης να μην τα καταφέρνει καλά. Η kenwood έχει άλλες κουζινομηχανες με πιο μικρό κάδο για πιο απλές εργασίες. Να προσέχετε τι αγοράζετε λοιπόν.
I can't understand why it has a 4.9 rating. I bought it a few years ago, but I use it very little because I was disappointed and it is tiring to use. Every time I want to make cake or minced meat or something else, it doesn't mix the ingredients well. It makes a hole in the ingredients and the rest stick to the sides, so I have to stop it every now and then to scrape the ingredients from the sides with a spatula. I won't even talk about the dough issue, can anyone really mix with this kitchen machine? I was wondering if maybe I'm not doing it right, maybe I didn't set it up correctly, because it's impossible for the whole Kenwood company to make something so useless.

Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί έχει 4.9 στην βαθμολογία. Την αγόρασα πριν κάποια χρόνια, αλλά την χρησιμοποιώ ελάχιστα γιατί απογοητεύτηκε και είναι κουραστική στην χρήση. Κάθε φορά που θέλω να φτιάξω κέικ ή κιμά ή κάτι άλλο, δεν ανακατεύει καλά τα υλικά. Κάνει μια τρύπα στα υλικά και τα υπόλοιπα είναι στα τοιχώματα με αποτέλεσμα κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι πρέπει να την σταματάω ώστε να μαζέψω τα υλικά απο τα τοιχώματα με σπάτουλα. Για το ζήτημα δεν μιλάω καν, μπορεί κάποιος πραγματικά να ανακατέψει με αυτήν την κουζινομηχανη; Σκεφτόμουν μήπως δεν το κάνω σωστά, μήπως δεν το έβαλα σωστά, γιατί δεν μπορεί η ολόκληρη kenwood να φτιάξει κάτι τόσο άχρηστο
Δεν έβαλα 1 στεριά μόνο και μόνο επειδή δίνω 1 αστέρι για την στιβαρότητα.
The cable of this kitchen machine is very short! It does not have a button to release the attachments and especially the wire, you have to hold it dirty to twist it and remove it.
The hook for the dough has a wide protective cover on top that, however, further hinders pouring flour into the bowl and if some flour accidentally falls there, it scatters everywhere... Because the bowl does not rotate but the attachments do, in order to clean the bowl with the spatula, you have to stop the mixer's operation and obviously to add ingredients as well... The gap between the mixer head and the opening of the bowl is too small to comfortably pour the ingredients that will fall onto the rotating attachment. I find it very tiring and annoying to have to stop the mixer every time to add ingredients. Especially for recipes that require continuous beating of the ingredients and adding them on the go. The protective lid with an opening on the right obviously makes it difficult for us left-handed people...
Το καλώδιο αυτής της κουζινομηχανής είναι πολύ κοντό! Δεν έχει κάποιο κουμπί να απελευθερώνει τα εξαρτήματα και ειδικά το σύρμα, πρέπει να το πιάσεις λερωμένο για να το στρίψεις και να βγει.
Ο γάντζος για τη ζύμη έχει ένα φαρδύ προστατευτικό από επάνω που όμως εμποδίζει ακόμα περισσότερο να ρίξεις το αλεύρι στον κάδο και αν σου ξεφύγει και πέσει εκεί αλεύρι, το σκορπίζει παντού... Επειδή δεν γυρίζει ο κάδος αλλά τα εξαρτήματα, για να καθαρίσεις τον κάδο με τη σπάτουλα πρέπει να σταματάς τη λειτουργία του μίξερ και προφανώς για να προσθέτεις υλικά , επίσης... Το κενό μεταξύ της κεφαλής του μίξερ και του ανοίγματος του κάδου είναι πολύ μικρό για να ρίχνεις άνετα τα υλικά τα οποία θα πέσουν επάνω στο εξάρτημα που γυρίζει.
