In 2017, 100 years will have passed since the Bolshevik takeover led by Vladimir Lenin in the Russian Empire. This is a globally significant event that influenced not only the historical and vast state of Russia (which soon transformed into the USSR, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics or simply the Soviet Union), but also served as the springboard, the foundation for the spread and imposition of Communist Ideology in many countries.

In some countries, it even became the dominant governmental scheme (especially after the end of World War II in 1945, and for about half a century until the fall of the so-called socialist regimes in 1990 and beyond). By the early 1990s, the system had become so rotten and anti-people that it collapsed from within, allowing parliamentary regimes to prevail, specifically Western-style Bourgeois Democracy (with a free economy, parliament, elections, etc.), which Communism had despised and fought against by all means since its inception.

The event of the Bolshevik Party's takeover in Russia in 1917 was not, for those who knew the facts well, a random and "spontaneous" occurrence. It had been systematically prepared, both within Russia and outside of it. Of utmost importance to this success was the action of a shadowy figure, a Jewish individual from Russia, who dynamically reinforced the entire project and helped Lenin seize power and lead the Russian state to transform it into the USSR. This figure is Israel Lazarevich Helphand or Alexander Parvus, a personality that even today’s admirers of the Bolsheviks conveniently "forget" to mention.
