    Classic La Sportiva quality.
    Semi-rigid shoe, ideal for rocky mountains.
    They are stable and comfortable. They do not slip at all on wet or even snowy rocky terrain. Excellent Vibram sole.
    They have some waterproofing but they are not waterproof. After a long time in the rain, they will take in water.
    The downsides for me are that it is a bit of a heavy shoe and that even though I have tightened the laces, after a while they loosen up.
    It is not easy to change the laces or remove them to wash them due to the way they are tied.
