Dog, it will last you for years. I bought a Wahl for €30 thinking it would be better and it broke down, so I came back here. The only bad thing is that the guard is not convenient at all. I find it very difficult to trim my beard with the guard (it has very large teeth and the further you set it, the more the hairs escape and it doesn't cut them at the length you set. I use it without the attachment and I am completely satisfied and for such use I recommend it unreservedly)

It trims only after passing many times, leaving gaps. When shaving, it leaves a 1-2 day stubble. I do not recommend it. I'd rather pay a bit more and get the job done. It's only for kids to play with.

The machine is not powerful, resulting in easy clogging. Also, in order to clean the blade 100%, you have to remove two springs difficultly and put them back difficultly. The combs are of mediocre construction, just like the machine. I do not recommend it.

I have had it for 2 years already for amateur use, with full haircuts, shavings, on the head and body, and it has already paid for itself. The only thing it has suffered is that the cable that connects to the machine had a bad contact that I made, it became a bit inconvenient and stopped working, but it was overcome. Very cheap and definitely worth its money

The easiest way to make your head look like a soccer ball! It leaves gaps in the haircut, and around the ears, it's impossible to do a proper job without using scissors afterwards. It made my head look like a summer carnival!
The next funny thing about it... is on the beard! It has a whole construction scaffolding in front like a ladder, so you can't trim anything below the nose. And so you end up with a mustache like Hitler's! It's ridiculous! Who on earth thought of making such a ladder...

P.S. I've been cutting my own hair for over 10 years, and my previous machine was a €15 one (silvercrest) - 5 years in my possession, and it was a star!
This one is just a waste of money!

Personally, I use it as a shaver and in this area it is worth every penny. Just know that it doesn't have different shaving lengths, it leaves a 1-2 day beard with the removal of the attachment. As for the construction, it is sturdy and high quality, it also operates with a cord (about 2 meters), so it will never run out of battery.

Uncomfortable, difficult to use, not at all convenient, the comb compared to the previous model, the PHILIPS QC5115/15, which I have had for 10 years and it still works perfectly with only two uses per month. The only issue it had was that the cable became rotten, but the replacement costs only 15€, so you can just get one and use only the cable. It also comes with a spare one

The machine has performed very well so far, with three quarantine haircuts done in the family in over a month. It seems to be of good quality and sturdy, with many settings for family use. I recommend it, and it's affordable. Update in a month for further information

I started using it and everything was fine... for the first 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, it simply turned off and we lost it since then. I obviously returned it to the store.
It should be noted that it did not come into contact with water or anything else... so I don't know what was wrong.
Also, the machine does not work with batteries, you have to have it plugged in. This might bother some people.

After some time, I realized how bad of a purchase I made... I have 2 other Philips products, that's why I bought the same brand again. Unfortunately, it's a big disappointment. Terrible in almost everything.

For its price and especially for a Philips product, it is a decent machine for shaving a 5-day beard, which I personally use. The build quality is average, but the value for money is very good in this particular case.

Very good for its price. It operates with electricity, so you need to have a socket near the point where you use it, or use an extension cord. In any case, it is better than similar models with a battery, as it will not run out of power in the middle of trimming. Additionally, it cuts the hair well and only requires a maximum of 2 passes for a good result. I recommend it for purchase!

For light amateur use, you don't need anything else, economical without needing service and without batteries to worry about when it will leave you. (Increase reliability then).
Philips is Philips no matter what it does in the end.
