I got cheilitis for the first time; I would wake up and my lips (mainly the upper lip and its outline) felt tight, while in some areas they were rougher. I usually got it after sinusitis—when, by nature, my lips would get chapped too—but with a little store-bought lip balm they would recover. This time the simpler products did nothing. I found this at the pharmacy and kept applying it continuously, and in two days they recovered. Really very good.

very good cream with very good lip hydration and quick healing. I don't have any specific problem except that I bite them and lipsticks dry them out. for me it helps much better than many others. the tube has the shape you see in the photos. it doesn't bother me but it might bother someone else.

I used it religiously during my acne treatment with isotretinoin. It saved me from cracks and pain on my lips. During the day I used a simple vaseline and at night I used this as a mask. I would apply a thick layer and leave it there. In the morning my lips had reset.
It also helped me a lot because I have the bad habit of picking at my lips; it regenerates them and I don't have any skin to pull off.

If someone really has an issue, for example due to acne treatment, it does not provide satisfactory hydration. Other than that, for normal use, I think it is just an adequate balm, watery in texture. You can find better options at a similar price

I used a simple lip balm that instantly moisturized but did not repair my lips. Due to chapped lips, I chose to try Avene's cicalfate and I have never seen my lips more hydrated. Now I use it for daily use and I will not change it for a lower-priced one.
