After using the flush and filling with clean oil and an anti-friction additive, for the first approximately 500 kilometers I was hearing a ticking sound from the lifters. From what I learned, the deposits were removed and that sound was heard, combined with the additive that reduces the oil's viscosity. After those kilometers, the engine sounded normal. The use was in a 2007 Renault Clio 3 diesel.

Basic, in order to use it and to 'rinse' the engine properly, for this specific oil change you need to have about 2/3 of the total oil quantity as extra! You will use it to 'rinse' the engine after use and BEFORE THE ENTRY of the new oil.
Also, the rinsing is done with the old filter!
So: the product - drain - 2/3 oil and run for one or two minutes - drain - change filter and oil.

I don't know if anything has changed internally, that's what I rely on from what I've researched! But from nothing, it's something!

Very good product for its use, you put it in front of the car, wait 5 minutes for the oils to warm up, then you turn it off, open the hood, pour it in, and start it again, leaving it idling for 10 minutes to clean the engine inside, and then you change the oil, and the engine sounds like velvet.

It was installed in a 25-year-old car, 150,000 km, the engine sound changed, it became quieter and smoother, the idle increased (good sign). Since then, I have driven 500 km, everything is good, and the engine works undeniably better; basically, I don't remember it ever working like this before.

Very good product. Used in an oil change on a well-maintained Opel Astra H 1.4 Z14XEP engine at 98,000km. Combined with the company's hydraulic oil additive and after 500 kilometers I can confidently say that the engine noise, possibly due to the lifters, is now noticeably reduced.

I Did not see any big difference yet, it maybe the motor sound a litte bit cooler however it dose not make miracle even i added a oil additive the Liqui Moly Cera Tec , i saw the old oil went very black and dark, it seems to be a very good cleaner.

i made a mistake and drive the car like 1,5km to the workshop and i had the flush in the motor, hopefully no accident to the motor but dont make the same,

the german company said this when i asked it i need to chnage the oil twice to remove any residues :

"No you don't need to change oil any quicker because you have used Liqui Moly engine flush - our flush is made of the cleaning additive which is used in oil - NO solvents! Small amount of residue mixed with a new oil (5ltr +/-) will not make any negative effect to the engine."

However, I would like to point out that if you don't know the history of the car in which you are going to use it and it appears to be worn out, first change the oil with something cheap, drive 1000 kilometers, and then use the flush. After draining the oil, I suggest putting some of the plates back in and running it at idle for 5-10 minutes to rinse the engine from the cleaner, as it may affect the effectiveness of the oil in reducing friction. Once the cheap flush is gone, you can combine the new good oil with Liqui Moly's Ceratec and a fuel system cleaner, either gasoline or diesel, in the tank, and there is no chance that the car will not run better.

It may be time-consuming and tiring, but for someone who wants guaranteed results and better performance, they should give it a try.

Cleaned the metals quite well as much as you can see from the filling cap, and also removed quite a bit of blackness.

Cleaned the black oil film from the engine interior! It dropped to about 170 rpm idle and 200 rpm idle with air-conditioning! The car is quiet and you can barely tell it's running! I recommend it for older cars. (I have a Nissan Almera N16 petrol)

I installed it on my Hyundai Accent 2002 1.3 with 170,000 km mainly for a noise that was heard with the purpose of cleaning old deposits to quiet it down. These specific Hyundai models are said to burn oil from valve seals. It was burning quite a bit of oil. I followed the procedure, poured it into the old oil, changed the oil with low-quality ones, let them work for ten minutes, and then changed it again to put in the correct good oil in the end. The noise is no longer heard at all, not even as a joke, and after 1500 kilometers today, the car has not burned a drop of oil. I can't believe it either. I don't know what this liquid did. I read somewhere on the Internet that it might also clean possible deposits from the piston springs, and maybe that's why in many cars they stop burning oil. It worked wonders for me. Personally, I wouldn't have used it on an expensive car that I would be worried about causing any damage to the engine, but on the Hyundai, it worked like a real miracle.

It does a great job in cleaning the engine with lots of residues. Generally, if the car suffers from compression loss due to rings, it is very likely to help a lot with the situation. It goes without saying that the better the old filter (that the car wears before oil change), the better job it will do in retaining what the Flush will remove.

Quite a big difference in noise and less in traction and consumption. You feel that the car is pulling faster. It takes 10 minutes at idle without revving it high because the oils inside have become like water. I'm waiting to see if the oil burning has been reduced.

I used cheap, high-quality oils for the washing process and even though the car runs on gas, black residues came out but not mud. The engine, in combination with Molygen oils, completely changed its sound and is not audible at all.
