It seems like a good and sturdy construction...first summer, everywhere I went (without significant wind) it held up just fine, until I came to Tinos, with 6 Beaufort (note that there was no other umbrella set up in that wind) it was lifted and carried away...the arms came off the base and the fabric tore...However, I believe it is the only way to go because it is more durable than the Maui ones you see on the beaches

I have never found a better umbrella; in very strong winds, it flew away because it wasn't secured with ropes, but it assembles easily. Don't be afraid of it; buy it without hesitation, and you will have it for years

rust inside the umbrella tube and the extension. the cap of the extension got stuck in the sand when I removed it. as for the fabric, it is thin and the seams have started to open

Very good umbrella purchase as I was looking for a long time for one with large ribs. It easily withstands 5-6 Beaufort, but unfortunately due to my own mistake setting it up in Mykonos with 8 Beaufort, it couldn't handle a gust and broke like any other would. I would buy it again as it is ideal for up to 6 Beaufort since it doesn't give you a headache

This umbrella is perfect for windy days- its sturdy and because of the flat profile it stays strong when other umbrellas are flying down the beach! The UV protection is very good. My skin is sensitive to the sun and when I stay under the umbrella all day at the beach I am fully protected. Excellent product!

The frame is the best there is for an umbrella to prevent it from flipping in the wind. The fabric slightly concerned me with the seams it has on the ribs (THEY ARE LIKE LITTLE SLEEVES), it could be much better. The fabric can be removed with a screw from the top of the pole so it can be washed. In terms of shade, it is top-notch, of course always with a sturdy pole of 32mm

I have used it 3-4 times. All with plenty of air, and it doesn't even shake! If there is one negative, it is that it does not have handles to tie it for extra safety.

It was used only 2 times. The second time it encountered strong wind for 10 minutes and that was the end. It folded and broke from its base to a degree that cannot be repaired.

Completely useless product. On the second day of use with a little bit of strong air, the wire that holds the rods broke. It cannot be repaired so it went in the trash. Truly one of the worst purchases

Solid construction. Umbrellas should be tied down to prevent them from making big movements in the wind. This particular one, if tied down, doesn't budge at all. It withstood 6 Beaufort winds and was the only umbrella on the beach. It would be helpful if the manufacturer included attachment points for ropes, but unfortunately it doesn't.

...with a 32mm impact wrench, no air can take it anywhere, its own handle is so lightweight that it looks fake, I also put a plastic table that screws onto its handle and it is beautiful, but above all, you have your mind at ease in terms of safety...it is worth more than it costs...

Unfortunately, although it appears to be of good quality as another user mentioned, the wire that holds the irons up with strong air broke and now it cannot be used. So it is not worth its money. The uses were less than five and it became useless.

The umbrella I had before was rubbish compared to this one, it is big and I don't regret it because in combination with the beach chair it does a great job, now I don't care if I can't find a sunbed on the beach. I compared it to Maui & Sons, it is more sturdy and withstands the wind better

Good and sturdy construction with thick fabric. From what I tested, it seems to withstand strong wind. The only small drawback is that the handles of the case came off from the first day.

12/8/23 Eventually, after half an hour in 5-6 Beaufort scale, it broke at the top where the wire holds it together and fell apart.

The umbrella seems to be the best purchase I made this summer. In combination with a sturdy pole of diameter 32, you can't even tell. I tested it in very windy conditions and it didn't even notice. Very sturdy!! I highly recommend it!! The only thing it lacks to be the best of all would be if it was collapsible. But even so, it is worth every penny and more.....

Combined with an impact pole. Sturdy construction, easy to transport, provides adequate shade and withstands very strong wind.

Updating after 3 years. The umbrella is still like new. We always use it with the impact base. It has withstood the island winds without any problem when no other umbrella could stay in place. I would like it to provide a bit more shade because it loses some due to its shape and to be able to tilt to the side.

Very good in combination with a hammer, you can't understand anything. I saw a big difference on the beach compared to the others around me.

I bought it this year! It provides very good shade, without feeling uncomfortable sitting under it for hours. It is quite large, with the purchase of a suitable hammer and beach chair, you can have a comfortable day at the beach!
