I would like to share with you my positive experience with the Forte Pharma - Fortenuit dietary supplement. I was looking for a product that would help me have continuous and uninterrupted sleep, and this product proved to be ideal for my needs.

The formula of Fortenuit is specifically designed to promote healthy and uninterrupted sleep. The presence of melatonin in the product contributes to reducing the time it takes for someone to fall asleep, while the natural properties of herbs such as valerian, passionflower, and California poppy promote relaxation and a sense of calm.

Additionally, the product contains GABA, a natural inhibitory neurotransmitter, as well as vitamins B3 and B6, which contribute to the smooth functioning of the nervous system. This combination of ingredients enhances support for normal sleep and promotes a rejuvenating and restful night's sleep.

As for the dosage, it is sufficient to take one tablet at night, regardless of meals. Personally, I found this dosage to be extremely easy and convenient.

The ingredients of Fortenuit are carefully selected and include, among other things, herbal extracts and vitamins. It is worth noting that the packaging provides detailed information about the nutritional value of the product, as well as its composition.

Overall, I have an excellent opinion of Fortenuit. It has significantly helped improve the quality of my sleep and provided a sense of relaxation and refreshment. I would highly recommend it to those seeking a natural dietary supplement for their sleep.

I had high hopes for this particular product, but unfortunately it didn't help me at all. Firstly, I want to mention that I stopped taking the prescribed sedative x*n*x 0.5 by choice, as I didn't want to rely on a pill to fall asleep (I'm 31 years old). So, I tried fortenuit and from the first ten minutes, it made me feel like I had consumed too much alcohol - a terribly unpleasant feeling, like being sick and very dizzy. It had nothing to do with relaxation, calmness, and tranquility in order to sleep. When I finally fell asleep after about 4 to 5 hours of tossing and turning in bed with two pillows due to dizziness, I had multiple dreams and they were all horrifying and distressing. I was almost scared and didn't use any other pill from the package. Since then, I have been trying to fall asleep on my own as I don't want to fall into the trap of known pills again. At first, it was incredibly difficult, but then you realize that it's all in your mind and you manage to calm your mind. I apologize for the lengthy review, but I know that there are many people who struggle with sleep issues. My opinion is not to waste your money on this product, but to find something that works for you in a milder way and to avoid addictive prescription drugs as much as possible.

    Poor results.
It does not deliver what it promises.
It marginally improves the quality and quantity of sleep when you are calm. The next day, you often have a headache (not unbearable) and frequently experience nightmares. I suspect that all the work is done by melatonin, which is present in high levels (more than 1mg needed), and this may possibly cause the side effects, as the other ingredients are in small quantities that, at least for me, are not effective. For example, what can 100mg of valerian do when a recommended dose for a sleep aid is between 400 and 900mg depending on the individual? Even if it works synergistically with passionflower and hops, the quantities are still very small. As for GABA, it is known that it does not cross the blood-brain barrier due to the size of the molecule and only acts in the peripheral nervous system when taken orally.
