- Start by taking 2 tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once a day, preferably in the morning.

- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

- Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
- Contains caffeine. Do not use in combination with other caffeine-containing products.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the compounds in the supplement.
- Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
