    It is indeed silent.

    I have purchased 12 for use on various computers and have never had an issue with any of them.

    It may not be value for money, but in terms of decibels at full blast, there is nothing better in terms of airflow they create.

    If you can afford it, you will definitely not regret this purchase ever
