    In the cold it becomes solid like a rock and if heated like water, liquid, it has a nice taste and good cholesterol but on the other hand, it is suitable for frying and leaves a slight coconut flavor on the food, it is also good for cooking because it does not change properties since it is already saturated, the packaging is plastic and that is the only downside, it does not leave a greasy smell like olive oil and the kitchen does not smell bad, potatoes, fried eggs, omelette, I do not know about fried fish, try it and write.
