Instructions for use

Children over 3 years old: 1-2 sprays in each nostril

Adults: 2-3 sprays in each nostril. 

  • Wait a few seconds and blow gently. 
  • Repeat as many times as necessary.

Warnings & Contraindications

Warnings:

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in case of asthma or allergy to any of the product's ingredients, and after the expiration date. Keep out of reach of children, at room temperature.

Contraindications:

Not suitable for children under 3 years old. There are no contraindications for prolonged use.

    1-2 sprays in each nostril and you can "breathe"! I have been using this specific one from frezyderm for almost three years. It also has the advantage that it dispenses even the last drop in the spray. The sprays stop when the bottle is empty.
