I believe that the simple normal saline solution in bottles is more effective for cleansing and moisturizing the nasal passages. An ENT recommended it to me, but I do not recommend it.

It does what it promises! I bought it with a slight stuffiness, I would say, and it helped me a lot. The best thing for dryness of the nose, especially in environments with very dry atmosphere such as winter months in closed spaces with heaters, fireplaces, etc!
