One of the best non-pharmaceutical nasal decongestants. I have been using it for years and only in extreme cases like a cold or flu for 3-4 days max. It gradually unblocks the nose, not quickly like when you use a corticosteroid spray that immediately hits the brain.

For me, it was a waste of money. I applied 3 sprays on each nostril, but it never unclogged my nose. I had to use another nasal decongestant spray. I tried it again after a few hours, but it was the same. I thought it would help me unclog my nose without cortisone, but it didn't do anything for me. On the contrary, my good friend says it has helped her a lot. It doesn't dry out her nose and she prefers it. I gave it to her so that the 8€ I spent at the pharmacy wouldn't go to waste.
