    It does not have good accuracy in its measurements, neither regarding exercise nor regarding sleep (it may show that you are sleeping while sitting on the couch). It counts steps based on arm movement, so you may not be walking, just moving your arms and it counts steps, or on the contrary, you may be walking but holding something (e.g. a bag, a stroller, etc.) and it does not count your steps. The screen button is constantly pressed on its own, resulting in measurements being taken without wanting it. In short, it is good as a watch. Maybe also as a calendar.
