    I have had it for 1 1/2 years and from the beginning, I realized that I did not make a good purchase. The build quality is mediocre, especially in the top part where it has two lids for water and coffee. It has a plastic clip as a joint, which does not fasten well and easily breaks, like a wedge that costs 10 euros and constantly comes off. The noise is quite annoying, especially from the water pump. The cleaning is not difficult, but I noticed that the notifications are starting to malfunction. For example, after requesting a dosage, I have to check the water, otherwise I will strain the pump and the coffee dose will be wasted. At first, it warned me that the water does not reach the coffee container where I fill it with beans. The call to the grinder is not correct, even though there is coffee inside, resulting in air being trapped and causing damage to the grinder.

    Suddenly, it started leaking water from below. I spoke with the dealership and a technician told me to check if there is any crack or something in the container. I checked, but there is nothing. I am trying to understand what is causing it, but I cannot find where it is leaking from. What I noticed is that neither the rinsing nor the water quantity in the cleaning container is the same. The response afterwards was to bring it there, but obviously it will be my mistake and something to do with the salts, even though I explained that I do not use tap water and follow the cleaning instructions to the letter.

    Also, the waste container does not notify you when it is full, but simply counts the portions it has cut until you remove it. In other words, if you want to clean it every day, it will give you notifications when it has counted the portions, so you need to be careful with that.

    Now, let's talk about the inconvenience of the milk frother. I am tired of doing it myself.

    The coffee, after tests and adjustments, is okay for me. There are many factors that matter there, but it's okay.

    Overall, it was a bad choice for me at 500 euros. I believe it's only a matter of time before it abandons me. It does something strange in everyday use, around 5 to 6 coffees.

    I bought it for 440€ and I think I paid too much for the product I got.
    The noise is expected. Cleaning is less demanding in daily use, but on a monthly basis, it is very meticulous.
    Most likely, with tap water that you will fill it with, you will need to use a water filter (20€) that does not come with the machine.
    However, sooner or later, it will need descaling, which is done with a time-consuming process and a special liquid (10€) or special powder (1€).
    Every 500 cups, the grinder needs lubrication, which is another meticulous task.
    During which, the part that is removed needs to be repositioned correctly, otherwise the machine gets stuck and needs to be opened (T10 is required - https://youtu.be/KxcZzpyu4Fw).
    Attention! The CAFIZA tablets sold as cleaners are NOT for descaling, but for the grinder. They are inserted into the opening of the pre-ground coffee to be used.
    The milk frother it produces is not at the level where you can make it yourself.
    While it saves you the trouble of making it yourself, if you don't clean the milk container thoroughly daily, the milk spoils and you have to throw it away (ultimately, I would prefer to make the frother myself).
    I would recommend it at a price of 350€.
    For the money it costs now (530€), I would go for the Sage Barista.

    I bought it for 440€ and I think I paid too much for the product I got.
    The noise is expected. Cleaning is less demanding in daily use, but on a monthly basis, it is very meticulous.
    Most likely, with tap water that you will fill it with, you will need to use a water filter (20€) that does not come with the machine.
    However, sooner or later, it will need descaling, which is done with a time-consuming process and a special liquid (10€) or special powder (1€).
    Every 500 cups, the grinder needs lubrication, which is another meticulous task.
    During which, the part that is removed needs to be repositioned correctly, otherwise the machine gets stuck and needs to be opened (T10 is required - https://youtu.be/KxcZzpyu4Fw).
    Attention! The CAFIZA tablets sold as cleaners are NOT for descaling, but for the grinder. They are inserted into the opening of the pre-ground coffee to be used.
    The milk frother it produces is not at the level where you can make it yourself.
    While it saves you the trouble of making it yourself, if you don't clean the milk container thoroughly daily, the milk spoils and you have to throw it away (ultimately, I would prefer to make the frother myself).
    I would recommend it at a price of 350€.
    For the money it costs now (530€), I would go for the Sage Barista.
