It features a metal "Perfect Crema" filter holder for extracting coffee with rich crema and all its aromas. The system, integrated into the double-walled filter holder, performs mechanical pre-infusion in every cup. This function lasts just a few seconds and is what awakens all the characteristics of the coffee before extraction, preparing it for the perfectly balanced extraction.
