Like most people, I also have the MX 3S (and the older MX), and of course that one has the shortcuts that this one doesn't have. It also uses the old dongle for those who don't have many USB-A ports.
But, anatomically it is correct and its materials are very good. I have been using it for two years and I have gotten rid of the pain.

I cannot in any way compare it to the ergonomics of the Evoluent (they are far superior, based on studies by doctors for the correct positioning of the hand, etc.) but it is excellent in terms of durability, I have had it for almost 3 years with daily use and it has not suffered any damage. Also, its battery lasts a very long time, I charge it once every 2-3 weeks and the battery has never run out on me.

Very convenient and effective for hand pain. I also have the Anker and it's like night and day regarding the sensor and accuracy. I've talked about the Anker in my review, I consider it useless and I also lost €30 (which I could have given directly to Logitech). You get used to it the same day and I think for long hours of work I will never use another mouse again.

On the negative side, for its price I would like more features such as endless scrolling and better build materials.

I chose this particular one because of its ergonomic design, as I had intense wrist pain. Immediate elimination of the pain, which was caused by poor posture during use.

I was afraid of it at first. Daily use for 1 month now, I got used to it by the second day. It's perfect, my hand rests very naturally on it. Amazing accuracy, great comfort and a very nice feel.
I highly recommend it, especially to those who have wrist issues and tendinitis.
As a video editor, it really solved my problems, I enjoy clicking.
The only problem I have is that when I use other mice now, they feel uncomfortable!

It didn't suit me at all, unlike the corresponding and cheaper Lift. Clearly, it does not fit medium hands as stated (I was on the border between medium and large). I could barely reach the side buttons and my index finger felt uncomfortable. For its price, it doesn't feel like a premium product and the clicks are very loud and seemed a bit stiff to me.

Very comfortable for the daily eight hours at the office, the wrist pain has subsided. It is sliiiiiightly bigger than what would suit me to easily press the extra buttons, I have to stretch my thumb and it's not very convenient for me. There is an offline installer for Logi Options+ for environments without internet access

Since I bought it, the pain in my wrist and forearm disappeared. The side shape did not bother me at all. Excellent, it will save you if you work many hours.

I've only had it for one day. Basically, it shouldn't be called MX VERTICAL but simply Vertical. Those looking to find the MX upright will be disappointed. The scroll wheel only has one scrolling mode. It's something between smooth scrolling and the stepped one, which is very annoying. Also, it doesn't have the side wheel that you could use left and right. You have to press shift. It's a hassle. These were two main advantages of the MX. It's a shame they didn't include them in the Vertical. Other than that, you get used to it easily and it is indeed more comfortable for someone who does CAD and works 8 hours with the mouse. If it didn't have the two shortcomings I mentioned, it would be perfect. It's a pity.

After a month of use, the feeling is mixed. It is DEFINITELY more comfortable on the wrist, but the wheel gets on your nerves. I ended up using the MX and when my wrist gets tired, I switch to the Vertical. If you don't have a wrist problem, the Master MX 3s

I am coming back after ordering a second device for home use. The mouse is the best for the hand (I say this from experience due to diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome).
Every user, with or without a problem, will see great improvement in symptoms within a few days. I wish I had known about it earlier. I recommend it 100%.

The first vertical mouse I have bought. On the first use I thought what a silly thing I did buying it. From the next day I use it normally as if I had it for years. Relaxing, sturdy, with plenty of functions through the company's app.

Very good. It relieved my hand from pain within 2-3 weeks. I would like the scroll wheel to be smooth without the "steps." Like all Logitech products, I fear it will last 2 years and then start with the "double/triple" clicks. Good quality even though expensive like all Logi products.

Negatives:
- I am 1.85m with a medium to large palm, and I can barely reach the side buttons, especially the front one—not at all, I have to completely reposition my hand every time I press it.
- The dpi button on Linux has only 2 levels.
- The Logitech software (to configure the programmable buttons) does not work on any Linux distribution as of 2025...

Positives:
- It seems like a quality build, but what's the point if you can't press the buttons.

There's no way the 130+ reviews that gave it 5/5 are actually from people who tried it, unless they were all basketball players or classical guitar soloists.

I bought this mouse when, after many years of using a regular one, I developed tendonitis in my wrist. I did not notice any difference. In the end, I was forced to start using a mouse with my left hand. I believe that this mouse is probably better at preventing rather than helping when tendonitis has already developed. After many months of using my left hand and some physiotherapy, I now use this one with my right hand and a simple one with my left, so I can alternate and give both wrists a rest.

After three years of use. The product is excellent. Ergonomics and comfort.
As someone above mentioned. After three years, it started to lose the left click basically.

I was between this and the MX Master 3s but I chose this one because I wanted to try it to see if the vertical suits me. Purchased at €63.

First impressions:
- Very comfortable for the hand
- Contrary to some reviews, I can't say that the accuracy of my movements is affected much
- Its materials are of good quality and feel nice to the touch
- It has many connectivity functions like the MX Master 3s (bluetooth/usb receiver/cable) and you can pair it with 3 devices

Some negatives:
- The scroll wheel could be of better quality
- There is no space to store the receiver but fortunately there is Bluetooth which works flawlessly
- A few times, due to its height, I might hit it with my right hand and it may tip over when I go to grab it

I bought it in November 2022. Very good performance, long battery life on each charge, overall very satisfied. In early June 2025 the left button started malfunctioning, it would miss simple clicks and, mainly, it wouldn't work at all for drag and drop.

What can I say, Comfort, texture, keystroke (silent)! Hours of editing because of work and it saved me! The wrist rests as it should and I work comfortably! Logitech guarantee!

A lot of time on the PC working isn't good.
I bought it in order to change the mouse every 2/3 days...
So, adaptation could be hard but i think its worth not just for the price but for your own health.

I love this mouse so much! It took a bit of getting used to initially, but now I couldn't be without it! It's a much more natural position for the whole arm and lessens strain when using for hours at a time.

It definitely helps to have the hand in a natural position, but the keys are larger than I would like and many times I press them unintentionally. If the keys were smaller, it might also help with the grip. The plastics are very high quality and the battery lasts a long time. The connection never drops, whether with the receiver or with Bluetooth. If it helped with the grip, it would be perfect.

Office mice should all have an ergonomic, vertical design. The vertical design is essential for wrist protection while working on a stationary computer. This particular model offers decent construction, but its price is excessive for the features it provides. It should cost €20-50, as it is a basic model with limited functions. Although it has proven its durability after a year of use, it does not justify its high price. Its pricing seems to target mainly users who already have wrist problems. Its price is comparable to the MX, which offers many more innovations, such as advanced sensors, more buttons, and an improved scroll wheel. In conclusion, while ergonomic design is important, the pricing of this particular model does not reflect its features and capabilities.

Ergonomic mouse for everyday use. The quality of Logitech is a guarantee for these. Very good battery with use in work 9-10 hours a day, you practically forget to put it on charge.

Very good and ergonomic. It helps with the correct wrist position. The only downside is that it fits properly only on quite large hands, not even on medium-sized hands.

It helps quite a bit with ergonomics, but transitioning to the MX Vertical after being a long-time user of the MX Master makes the inferior build quality of the MX Vertical quite apparent. All the button clicks feel and sound cheaper compared to the Master, and those who have used the scroll wheel of the MX Master will be disappointed with the basic nature of the scroll wheel on the MX Vertical.

Of course, since this purchase is made for ergonomics, in that regard, the MX Vertical does exactly what it needs to do. It's just that the prices of the two are so close that the worse quality sits poorly with me.

Although it is expensive, it is worth it for anyone who works long hours in an office. At first, it takes some time to get used to using it.
