The Telwin Superior 320 CE VRD, controlled by a microprocessor, is an electrode welding machine as well as a DC TIG welding machine with LIFT. Use it with a wide range of electrode materials such as rutile, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel, cellulose, aluminum, and their alloys.

  • High stability of the welding current even with voltage fluctuations.
  • Immediate welding control.
  • VRD: It is a voltage reduction system that allows you to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after the end of welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the electrode to a safe level, providing safety to the user: they can touch the electrode without risk until welding resumes in wet environments (mines or shipyards, etc.).
  • HOT START IGNITION: Additional electrical power for a smooth welding start.
  • ANTI-STICK: Stops the welding current if the electrode sticks to the material.
  • ARC-FORCE: Automatic current calibration during welding for a perfect seam.
  • Separate adjustment of Arc-Force and Hot-Start depending on the type of electrode used.
