A good and reliable filter coffee machine. It has a built-in filter for the coffee, but I also use an additional one. It makes a large number of cups of coffee. For its price, it is good and economical. So far, I have no complaints from its use.

This particular coffee maker has both positives and negatives. Firstly, it's a positive that it is small in size so it fits in any kitchen, it is easy to use and fast, and we were also satisfied with the quality of the coffee (although this depends on personal taste). Plus, it is quite affordable. On the negative side, I definitely have to mention that it is mostly made of plastic and also the carafe did not last after a year (not of daily) use. I can't say it is durable, however for 30 euros it didn't bother me. If you want a coffee maker that will last for years, you definitely need to invest more as this particular one does not have spare parts.

Why I give 5 stars: we've had it for 10 years. After a decade of constant use, in the last 2 years it takes longer to make coffee, but if you turn the switch off and on it restarts and speeds up.
We always use bottled water and I regularly use vinegar for descaling.
The price we bought it for was under €20 and in ten years I broke the carafe by my own mistake and got another for €10.
For 10 years, a total of €30 for very decent coffee is excellent.
I'm really torn about what to replace it with now

after 2 months of use, the jug developed a hole out of nowhere. without being hit. became useless without the jug.

I have had it for 1.5 years and it continues to make coffee every morning and some afternoons. It has not had any problems so far, nor any cracked glass! It has more than paid for itself!

The pitcher broke on the third day during the second coffee for no reason at all. Right where it was, at the base. Trash.

We ordered it in early December from an online store of a well-known chain and received it a few days later... after a few uses, the glass of the carafe cracked at the base while we were making coffee. Subsequently, we found out that the problem had been mentioned before in the reviews here. We contacted Benroubi, they directed us to the representative in the city where we live, he confirmed the damage and then the replacement was carried out with a new identical coffee maker. Immediate response from Benroubi, average service at the department store, probably a widespread material failure of the coffee maker...

I was influenced by the good reviews but I was disappointed. As another user said, it breaks from the first day. A crack appeared in the plastic of the coffee maker and they replaced it for me. In the new device, a crack appeared in the carafe! The material disintegrates from the heat. I did not misuse it as everything I own lasts for years and I do not make sudden movements. I have never seen anything like this where a product disintegrates like this.

Aesthetically beautiful and very simple to use. After the second use, a crack appeared at the bottom of the glass pitcher and it needed to be replaced. So it is not considered the most high-quality.

The carafe broke for the second time while making coffee

I would not recommend it for one reason only. The water container is integrated into the coffee maker, so you cannot clean it. After a year of use, this is a big problem. While it works fine, it cannot be used due to how dirty it is inside. Additionally, because it is white, the dirt is clearly visible.

It hasn't been long since I bought it and it started having issues from the beginning. I noticed that it takes a long time to make coffee, so I checked and found out that it was clogged with salts. I thought it was because of the water, so I fixed it and started using only bottled water, but it still takes too long. Then, one morning, the carafe broke on its own as soon as I turned it on. I thought, well, it's just a coffee maker, how much do you need to spend on it? Turns out, you get what you pay for. A new carafe costs around €15 and I bought the coffee maker for €20, so obviously I will buy another one because even if I buy a new carafe, it will break again.

P.S. I spoke with the company and they told me that the carafe breakage is not covered by the warranty and no company covers it in general. However, the glass of the carafe is very thin and of very poor quality. I hope no one else experiences the same issue as me.

The jug broke on its own... something that I often see in other buyers... I got really annoyed because I have to replace it entirely since coffee cannot be brewed in any other way. Beautiful aesthetically, that's it...

Generally, the automatic shut-off cannot keep coffee warm. For a few months, it worked correctly. Then it stopped delivering water to the filter container, while it was in operation. It took hours to make a cup of coffee. Then it was fixed... automatically. In the end, the carafe broke. Operating time: 1 year.

A major drawback for this coffee maker is that it does not keep the coffee hot for more than 35 minutes. After that, you have to make a new one to enjoy hot coffee again

As soon as you pull the jug, coffee runs out (it doesn't have a valve), it is small in capacity, generally a waste of money!

Theoretically, it is a satisfactory coffee maker, however, I do not find it better than other plastic ones with possibly lower price. The coffee is made quickly and I have no complaint about its use except for the quality a little bit.
Over time, the jug cracked on its own, it is not worth replacing it, you give something extra and you get a new one straight away!

Initially, I believe that it does not make good coffee and the coffee it makes is not hot enough. Furthermore, when I pour coffee into my cup, it simultaneously spills from the back. The heating shuts off quickly and the coffee does not brew quickly. Additionally, it is not easy to clean because the water container is connected to the coffee container.

Very good for its price. The downside is that it is somewhat difficult to fill with exactly the amount of water you want, and the worst part is that because the lid is common for the container and the coffee basket, coffee grounds can end up in the water, which may eventually ruin it.

Very cute and "concentrated" compared to others. For its value, I believe it does its job very well, the coffee is made quickly, it just doesn't keep it hot after it turns off, so it needs to be consumed relatively quickly. It is excellent for occasions where you serve the coffee on the spot.

On the plus side, something I accidentally discovered, if you remove the jug and start it, it will not drip a single drop until you put the jug back in place, even if it has made all the coffee (I do not recommend trying it!). Finally, the coffee flow is done correctly, even if the jug is placed slightly off from where it should be, as it is designed not to lose a drop (it has small holes around for this purpose).

For its price (about €15), it is worth 100%.

I bought it in December 2018 and have been using it daily, both frequently and rarely. It is commendable for its cost and durability. Its negative aspects are the quality of the coffee it makes, which is not the best, and the cessation of coffee heating if the button is pressed again to reheat it. Therefore, for hot coffee, it must be consumed within the hour that the machine retains its heat, which is approximately forty minutes after the coffee is made.

It makes good coffee, I have it for a year, it just stops and the light goes off after a while and it doesn't keep the coffee warm

After 2 months of use, the jug broke while wiping with a towel, without falling or hitting anything.

Very sympathetic coffee maker for the €12 it costs, in size it is smaller than the usual ones (1X4) but it makes enough cups.
It doesn't need a paper filter, it has its own which works perfectly unlike the plastic filters of many others (even a better model of the same brand!) that leave and let some coffee beans pass, so you have to use a paper filter as well.
Overall, a very value for money coffee maker, I would buy it again...
