    The device is reliable. And the build quality is excellent. Simple in its settings. Silent!!!! It fully meets what you are called to do. I used it for 6 months, and then they gave me another brand which I returned, despite all the different settings I tried, it couldn't handle the apneas and also the noise of the motor was passing through the inhalation tube..... So I returned to this one and I'm not going to change it. My case is a severe form of sleep apnea with 80 apneas per hour. A piece of advice to anyone who buys or rents these types of machines. They all need their adjustments at the beginning. We don't return the device if we don't make repeated adjustments until we find what suits us. My doctor initially gave me a starting pressure of 5hpa. When I tried it, I was suffocating from lack of air, I had to reach 8hpa to get the air I needed. The same happened with the higher pressure, which eventually "locked" at 18hpa from 15hpa. There are also settings that have to do with whether it starts with less pressure at the beginning for sleep facilitation, automatic shutdown, and others. So I have been using it for over a year. When I used it with the initial settings, I had about 20 apneas out of 80, with the corresponding settings I went down to 8 and then with fine adjustments I reached 4. So the device is a "star". Thank God for every medical discovery that contributes to the health of people.
