Take one capsule three times a day with food and water.

There is always a possibility of allergic reactions to echinacea in individuals with a previous history of skin allergies to plants, so it is not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Long-term use of the plant in very high dosages may cause damage to liver cells, so it is advisable to avoid it.
Echinacea has not been studied for safe use during pregnancy and lactation, and therefore excessive use should be avoided during these periods.
