After 9 months of use for 1-2 times a week for eggs and pancakes for the little one, the frying pan is for throwing away. Always strictly with a plastic spatula and always careful washing after it has cooled down and gently. I have a larger one from the same company for 3 years, with almost daily use, and it is just fine. The response to the replacement request was: "Good morning.. The use has been here for 9 months, and we do not know exactly the use of the utensil." So don't believe the warranties! Unacceptable product!
UPDATE 01/17/2024: The above still applies and the communication was with skroutz. To the credit of the representative/company that I contacted, they replaced the product and informed me that it has a 10-year warranty! Objectively, they regain the lost trust and I will try the product again.
