In this seventh book of the series "Pages from the New Testament," various kinds of temptation are discussed, with almost all relevant verses and excerpts from the New Testament being recorded, both openly and indirectly, and the temptations against the faithful are highlighted.

The aim of the book is to understand that "our adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about seeking whom he may devour" (1 Pet. 5:8). Thus, our faith is strengthened, knowing at the same time that "if God is for us, who can be against us?" (when God is with us, who can be against us? – Rom. 8:31).

With the intercessions of the Most Holy Theotokos, our Saints, and the help of God, the faithful are made capable of facing and overcoming temptation as a whole. It serves as a valuable resource for clergy in their catechetical and preaching work, as well as a constructive read for Christians who wish to delve into the related texts of the New Testament, which are presented in the original language, with a translation into Modern Greek and extensive verse-by-verse commentary.
