    Purchase on November 21, 2018. In May 2019, the indicator light turns on for filter replacement. We changed the filter and since then the iron 'struggles'. We took it to the authorized service. But they give it back, saying that it had taken in air. With the first use, the same thing happens again. We put another filter and still nothing. We take it back to the service. They claim that the filter is to blame and that it will arrive in 10 days. They give us an old replacement iron from another company. Today, June 22, 2019, the iron is still at the service. They are still waiting for the spare part to arrive from Paris on July 8, 2019. I spoke with the company Rowenta in Athens. "And it's not our fault and the spare part was delayed and they gave you a replacement iron...". So it's the customer's fault for not having spare parts, and for deciding to throw away their old iron and end up with another old one! Incredibly tragic product quality and service! 6 months of operation and 2 in service...
