The packaging was downright unacceptable. A dilapidated cardboard box arrived half-opened and internally it was completely "loose" without any protection or intermediate support to prevent the movement of the 3 pieces: the main unit, the screen (completely loose and unprotected), and the power supply. Fortunately, the screen arrived intact, but the same did not happen with the power supply, whose cable was cut, like with scissors, by the metallic parts of the main unit (I repaired it myself to avoid inconvenience).
It was not accompanied by instructions in Greek, which is illegal according to Greek and European legislation (it only had a 2-page leaflet with very poor English), nor a CE Certification Declaration (besides a small adhesive label). There is no label on the device with its details (manufacturer, model, country of manufacture, etc.) except for a plasticized sticker that says "300 kg/50g, CE".
The whole construction looks very "cheap", but the device does its job quite well since it is user-friendly and accurate (with an accuracy of 50g instead of the 100g mentioned on the company's website).
