To Karteraki is a traditional Cretan herbal tea, particularly relaxing and invigorating for the stomach, ideal for all times of the day and all seasons. Based on the traditional Cretan recipe, it is made by harmoniously mixing dittany with Cretan sage and Cretan marjoram with a hint of pennyroyal (a type of wild mint).
